Hello all ! My name is Alfrederick Daniels (Coach Fred), and I am the Sports Performance Coach at Team D1 Sports in Pasadena California. I have created this blog to be a place of information for athletes, parents of athletes, and other coaches. Since 2007 I have worked with a wide Variety of athletes in a wide variety of setting, including being a Command Fitness Leader in the United States Navy.
